Danganronpa Creative Contest

Submissions will be accepted in four categories: illustration, cosplay, crafts and coloring. Submissions will be accepted until August 31, 2026 (JST). Winners will receive a share of 200,000 yen (approximately $1,300) in prize money, Monokuma trophies, and commemorative medals. Please visit the official contest page on ART street for details.

The judges are Shohei Sakakibara, producer of the latest installment in the series, Danganronpa 2×2, Kazutaka Kodaka of Tookyo Games, planner and scenario writer for the Danganronpa series, and the development staff at Spike Chunsoft.

Theme
Submissions should express fans’ passion for the series, such as a favorite character or memorable scene. Acceptable mediums include illustration, cosplay, crafts and coloring. Submissions may be based on any title in the Danganronpa series.

Grand prize (Illustration category – one winner)

• 50,000 yen (approximately $300)
• Special Monokuma trophy

Grand prize (Cosplay, Craft, Coloring categories – one winner per category)

• 30,000 yen (approximately $190)

• 10,000 yen (approximately $60)

User award (one winner per category, awarded to the entry ranked No. 1 as of the final update on September 7, 2026 (JST):

*A ranking event will be held for each category. This is open even to those who did not submit an entry into the contest. This special prize will be awarded to the entry with the most “likes” as of the final update date of by September 7, 2026 (JST).

Lucky prize drawing
A random drawing for a chance to win a Danganronpa 2×2 Steam Key will be held for those who submit and entry and also post their “Danganronpa Creative Contest” entries on X. When a work is submitted to ART street, an individual page is created for that entry. To enter the drawing, participants must post the URL of their entry page along with the hashtag #DanganronpaCC on X. A total of three winners will be selected at random from all categories from among those who post by September 7, 2026 (JST).
