EARLY DEADLINE: Due date for 2016 entries (or requests for extensions) is Monday, November 21, 2016.

LATE DEADLINE: In December, an additional late deadline of January 16, 2017, may or may not be approved with a rate increase.

Nominations will be announced Tuesday, February 14, 2017. Winners will be announced Monday, March 20, 2017. Because the awards program runs on a calendar year basis, some games may have to be entered prior to their release. Entries will apply to the calendar year of their actual release.

Submission of product copies and supporting materials will only be required if the product is not widely available or is sold with additional items required to play. Payment terms are Net60.

Invoices:
Upon entry, you will receive an automated draft invoice for your convenience. The draft invoice can be submitted to your finance department to generate a purchase order number that can appear by request on the formal invoice you will receive for accounts payable after the entry has been manually checked for errors.

If in the interest of time you submit the draft invoice to your finance department right away, any errors found later can be offset by choosing a refund or a different creative/technical category.

When submitting an official entry, providing a gmail, yahoo, or similar email is not recommended to ensure your entry is officially accepted. The Academy makes the final decision on all genre and franchise classifications.
