LATE DEADLINE: In December, an additional late deadline of January 16, 2018, may or may not be approved with a rate increase.
Nominations will be announced Wednesday, February 14, 2018. Winners will be announced Tuesday, March 13, 2018. Because the awards program runs on a calendar year basis, some games may have to be entered prior to their release. Entries will apply to the calendar year of their actual release.

Submission of product copies and supporting materials will only be required if the product is not widely available or is sold with additional items required to play. Payment terms are Net60.
WARNING: If a game’s title or content refers to any pre-existing related or unrelated franchise, character, or story, the presumption is that the game is a franchise. A new franchise is not necessarily new IP. If franchises are too often entered as new IP, the online payment method may be removed for new IP in the future in order to guarantee proper classification and invoicing.
Upon entry, you will receive an automated draft invoice for your convenience. The draft invoice can be submitted to your finance department to generate a purchase order number that can appear by request on the formal invoice you will receive for accounts payable after the entry has been manually checked for errors.
If in the interest of time you submit the draft invoice to your finance department right away, any errors found later can be offset by choosing a refund or a different creative/technical category.
When submitting an official entry, providing a gmail, yahoo, or similar email is not recommended to ensure your entry is officially accepted. The Academy makes the final decision on all genre and franchise classifications.
